We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our esteemed Chief Operations Officer, HP Merensky, who passed away on the 16th of January 2025. HP joined aha in 2016 as General Manager at aha David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa, HP then moved into a Regional Director: Operations in 2019 and in 2022 he served his role as Chief Operations Officer. We will all miss HP more than words can express, he will be remembered for his unwavering dedication, leadership, and passion for excellence. HP's contributions to the company were immeasurable, and his impact on those around him will continue to resonate long after his passing. His vision and commitment to the success and growth of the company inspired many, and he leaves behind a legacy that will be honoured by all who had the privilege of working with him. Our thoughts are with HP's family, friends, and colleagues during this incredibly difficult time. May his soul rest in peace.
