You are a Laundry Supervisor who is an inspiring, empowering and results-orientated leader with a passion for service excellence while maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. You will be responsible for the general supervision of the laundry department in conjunction with the Laundry Manager. You will ensure timely and high-quality processing of all hotel-related linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry. Part of your duties will be assisting with all laundry-related administration, work schedules and staff rostering, enforcing Laundry Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining high standards of laundry cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation. Along with your Matric Certificate, you have 2 years’ current experience in a similar role within the laundry department in a busy, up-market hotel. Sound knowledge of using laundry equipment and technology is vital to this role. You are flexible, can work shifts and use basic technology, including MS 365.
