It’s dashboards, reports, and KPIs grand - Let’s make data work at our command.” “First, align with business goals,” they said, Or the analysts might just lose their head. “What’s our purpose, what’s the aim? Is it retention? Revenue? Or brand acclaim?” Then data wranglers entered the room, With cables, servers, and storage to groom. “We need governance!” the IT folks cried, “For messy data we cannot abide!” They dusted off fields and cleaned up rows, Banned naughty duplicates - oh, how it shows! With a "single customer view" to boast, The marketers raised their morning toast. Segmentation? Why, that’s the key! Let’s group by spend and frequency. A VIP here, a bargain-hunter there - Data told us who to pamper with care. Next, the AI team made a grand debut Predicting churn before it grew. “If Mrs. Smith stops buying shoes, Send a coupon - she’ll never refuse!” “Don’t forget security!” cried legal with fright, "Encrypt those bytes both day and night! GDPR and CCPA too, Or it’s fines we’ll pay - oh boo-hoo-hoo!" The CRM chirped, “Omnichannel, hooray!” “Talk to customers in every way - Online, in-store, or in their app - Give them deals before they nap!” Then with dashboards shining bright, The team worked morning, noon, and night. They tested A/B, they adjusted the trend, Learning data’s journey never ends. And thus, the strategy came to life, With dashboards humming, insights rife. The CEO clapped, “We’ve struck data gold! Now watch as customer love unfolds!” So here’s the moral, in verse and rhyme - A good strategy takes heart, sweat, and time. For data’s a dance, not a march or drill, And winning it takes both brains and skill.
