Since his #Comrades race, Edson has remained focused on his goals and is now ready to tackle the Cape Town Marathon with a specific target in mind: to complete the race in under three hours. Reflecting on his journey, he shared that his first attempt at the #CapeTownMarathon took 5 hours and 20 minutes, but last year, he managed to reduce that time to just under four hours. This will be his third time running the Cape Town Marathon, and he's determined to achieve his sub-three-hour goal. Edson also discussed the mental challenges of the race, particularly the tough final stretch where runners can see the finish line but must loop past it before returning. Among 20,000 runners, Edson will be starting in group F, eager to achieve his new personal best!
