Jawitz Properties: A Shameful Display of Disregard for Tenants If you’re looking for a property management company that prioritizes landlords over tenants, lacks compassion, and operates with sheer disregard for basic human decency, look no further than Jawitz Properties. Their approach to property management is nothing short of disgraceful—tenants are treated as disposable sources of income, while landlords are given every advantage, no matter how unjust or unethical. Our experience with them has been nothing but frustration. They have demonstrated a complete lack of empathy, failing to acknowledge the legitimate struggles faced by those renting from them. Instead of addressing concerns with fairness and professionalism, they hide behind legal clauses and corporate jargon, all while enforcing policies that strip tenants of their dignity. Even worse, their handling of disputes is appalling. Rather than acting as neutral facilitators between tenants and landlords, they serve as enforcers for the latter, ensuring that renters bear the full weight of any financial discrepancies, no matter how unjustified. Their so-called “customer service” is nothing more than a scripted attempt to absolve themselves of any responsibility. If integrity, fairness, and professionalism matter to you, avoid Jawitz Properties at all costs.
