  • 🚨 URGENT APPEAL: TRANSPORT HELP NEEDED FOR GIFT A CHILD CHILDREN’S HOME 🚨 At Gift A Child Children’s Home, we work tirelessly to provide safety, education, and care for vulnerable children. Your support will make a real, lasting difference. 📢 Please share this post—your network could be the key to unlocking this urgent need! #GiftAChild #MakeAnImpact #SupportChildren #CorporateSocialResponsibility #TransportForGood

  • Dear friends, family, and big-hearted souls,  Imagine a place where laughter echoes through the walls, where tiny feet patter with hope, and where every child’s eyes sparkle with the promise of tomorrow. This is the Gift A Child Children’s Home—a sanctuary for kids who’ve faced more storms than any soul should. But here’s the twist: this haven is at risk, and only YOU can rewrite the story!  Our monthly rental is ZAR 12,800.00, with an extra ZAR 4,200.00 for utilities—lights to read by, water to splash in, warmth to hug them through the night. That’s ZAR 17,000.00 standing between these children and the streets. The clock’s ticking—rent is due by February 28th, 2025. Eight days. One chance. A million dreams on the line.  Picture this: a little girl clutching a tattered doll, whispering secrets to it because it’s her only family—until this home gave her more. A boy who thought trust was a fairytale, now learning to smile again. These aren’t just kids; they’re courage in tiny bodies. But without a roof, their story unravels.  We’re not asking for a fortune—just a spark from your heart. R50 buys a day of light. R200 keeps the water running. R500 paints a month of memories. Every rand is a brick in their foundation. Together, we’re not just paying rent—we’re gifting them a home.  Here’s the plan:   - Banking Details: SEE BANKING DETAILS BELOW. - Reference: RENTAL (so we know it’s you saving the day!)   - Share this with everyone—your boss, your neighbor, that friend who owes you a coffee. Let’s flood this with love!  Larnell Mann, your Chairperson, isn’t just typing this—I’m pleading. I’ve seen these kids bloom, and I’ll fight to keep their petals from falling. Will you? One deposit. One share. One miracle. By Feb 28th, let’s say, “We did it—together.”  Let’s gift them more than a house—let’s gift them hope. Who’s with me?  Regards,  Larnell Mann   Chairperson Gift A Child Children’s Home

  • Jawitz Properties: A Shameful Display of Disregard for Tenants If you’re looking for a property management company that prioritizes landlords over tenants, lacks compassion, and operates with sheer disregard for basic human decency, look no further than Jawitz Properties. Their approach to property management is nothing short of disgraceful—tenants are treated as disposable sources of income, while landlords are given every advantage, no matter how unjust or unethical. Our experience with them has been nothing but frustration. They have demonstrated a complete lack of empathy, failing to acknowledge the legitimate struggles faced by those renting from them. Instead of addressing concerns with fairness and professionalism, they hide behind legal clauses and corporate jargon, all while enforcing policies that strip tenants of their dignity. Even worse, their handling of disputes is appalling. Rather than acting as neutral facilitators between tenants and landlords, they serve as enforcers for the latter, ensuring that renters bear the full weight of any financial discrepancies, no matter how unjustified. Their so-called “customer service” is nothing more than a scripted attempt to absolve themselves of any responsibility. If integrity, fairness, and professionalism matter to you, avoid Jawitz Properties at all costs. They are a prime example of what is wrong with the property management industry—profit-driven, heartless, and utterly indifferent to the well-being of those who rely on them for housing. #JawitzProperties #TenantExploitation #AvoidAtAllCosts
