With 60% of their drivers being female, this inclusive approach empowers women to earn a livelihood while balancing other responsibilities, highlighting the effectiveness of flexible work arrangements. Addressing mobility challenges directly can lead to transformative outcomes. For example, India's Shakti Scheme, which offers free transportation for women, has resulted in substantial savings and life-changing impacts.
