  • JOB VACANCY SALES ADMINISTRATOR Location: Rustivia, Germiston We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to support the sales and administrative functions, ensuring seamless operation and excellent client communication. Responsibilities: Sales Administration: Updating item codes of Manufacturing Orders on the Forward System. Conducting Item Structure Costings on the Forward System. Changing and/or replacing item codes on the Forward System. Uploading new suppliers and clients on the Forward System as guided by the relevant department. Creating Quotations, Sales Orders, Manufacturing Orders, Picking Slips, Drawings, Cutting Slips, and Material Bills on the Forward System as required by Sales and Finance departments. Creating Supplier Item Structure Costing as needed. Communicating with clients for follow-ups on deliveries and liaising between sales representatives and clients for feedback on orders. Administration Duties: Creating and sending quotations and invoices to clients as required by the Managing Director, including Sales Orders and general filing administration. Managing the Managing Director’s personal filing and performing reasonable and lawful duties as required. Filing invoices, delivery notices, and contracts of clients and suppliers for the Sales Department. Liaising with departmental heads to ensure accurate and timely filing. Daily invoicing to clients as required by the Sales Department Qualifications: Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role. Proficiency in using the Forward System or similar software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and client management skills.
