    Celebrating 40 Years of Impact: Spotlight on Former Employee Thekiso Lefifi As part of Ornico's "40 Years Ahead of the Curve" campaign, we’re excited to share the story of Thekiso Lefifi. Joining us in 2004 from competitor Monitoring SA, Thekiso took on pivotal roles, including sales, and became a vital member of our team. His journey at Ornico was marked by both professional growth and personal milestones, including meeting his wife—one of our clients from JWT—through his work. Thekiso's enthusiasm for his role was clear as he described Ornico as "punching above its weight," achieving a leading position in media and advertising monitoring despite being a smaller company. He witnessed Ornico's evolution from a dynamic startup to a powerhouse in the industry, gaining invaluable skills and resilience along the way. We are deeply grateful to Thekiso and all our past and present employees for their dedication and passion, which continue to drive Ornico's success. Starting as a radio logger, Thapelo's dedication propelled him to the role of C.A.R Editor and beyond. As a Special Projects Coordinator, he tested innovative software and played a pivotal role in launching Ornico's branch in Lagos, Nigeria—one of his proudest career moments. His passion for media, fueled by his background in advertising and TV production, kept him motivated throughout his eight-year journey. Witnessing Ornico's evolution from media monitoring to brand intelligence mirrored Thapelo's own growth.
