Our team is still buzzing from FRUIT LOGISTICA 2025 – and it seems we're not the only ones! 👇 According to official survey results, this year’s exhibition set new records – with 67,500 high-quality trade visitors, increased business success, and the highest-ever satisfaction among 23,500 exhibitor representatives. This month, United Exports welcomed a group of graduates and interns to join our production site teams for 2025! Supported by the OZblu® Academy, this initiative provides valuable work experience to young professionals, equipping them with the skills needed for a future in agriculture 🌱   Depending on their qualifications, our new team members will gain practical knowledge and skills in blueberry production or human resources, while also taking part in technical training, mentoring and a life skills programme to support their development.   Through initiatives like this, United Exports remains committed to growing not only exceptional fruit, but also the next generation of industry talent.

At United Exports, we’re proud to invest in our employees’ growth through the OZblu® Academy 🌱  Since 2019, the Academy's learnership initiative has provided formal agricultural training on our production sites, enabling 130 employees to earn nationally accredited qualifications in areas such as Plant Production, Agricultural Equipment Service and Repair, and Perishable Produce Export Technology. Partnering with New Hope Training Organisation, a registered skills development provider, the learnership programme combines theory with practice, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles and tackle workplace challenges. In 2025, 75 employees will further their development by pursuing a National Diploma in Plant Production, deepening their expertise in key agricultural areas. We’re proud to share how United Exports is making a difference in the Vaalwater community of South Africa. This month, United Exports donated 8 JoJo drinking water tanks with a capacity of 5,250 litres each. These tanks will provide a continuous supply of 42,000 litres of clean drinking water, benefiting over 20,000 residents. Many of these residents previously had to travel long distances and wait in lines for 4-5 hours just to access safe water. This initiative, funded by the United Exports Socio-Economic Development Fund with a contribution of R58,400, empowers the municipality to ensure a steady water supply to the tanks. It’s a step forward in supporting UN Sustainable Development Goal #6: Clean Water and Sanitation. Access to clean water is life-changing, and we’re grateful to play a part in creating a more sustainable future for this incredible community. #UNSDG6 #CleanWater #Sustainability

Our 'Snow Donut' flat peaches are here, and harvest is in full swing! With their distinctive flattened shape and satisfyingly plump, juicy flesh, these peaches are nature’s answer to the classic doughnut – just as delightful to look at and even better to taste, with natural sweetness in every bite 🍑 The first shipments of our Snow Donut peaches are flying out this weekend, so keep an eye out for them on shelves across the UK and Europe.
