Job Specification – Sales Development Executive (Fully Remote) Upstaff is hiring for our UK-based partner - Simpatico About Simpatico Sales Solutions – we are a sales support solutions specialist providing clients with a results-driven sales support service. Our main services include lead generation, telemarketing, email marketing and LinkedIn lead generation services. We also provide clients with remote and on-site training for their internal lead generation teams. Roles & Responsibilities - The focus is to generate sales opportunities for the business and bring on new clients. - Qualifying sales opportunities using BANT as the main qualification criteria - You will be responsible for achieving your own sales quota and achieving weekly and monthly KPI’s. - Keep all communication updated in the company CRM system - Manage your own pipeline Who are our clients? Our clients can vary across industries but will primarily be based within the IT & Technology sector. This includes: Telecoms, UCaaS, Contact Centre Solutions, Teams Direct Routing, ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, HR & Payroll Solutions, Digitisation, IT Managed Services, Cyber Security We also work across the BPO, Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail space. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of sales and business development experience in the technology solution sector. A hunter with a strong drive to make new sales on behalf of clients. Lead generation experience, cold calling, cold emailing experience, and LinkedIn outreach experience. Demonstrable experience with credible references. Experience selling to IT solutions/cybersecurity/SaaS solutions (B2B) Salary & Benefits – this is dependent on experience. The salary range is R19,500 – R27,500 per month, plus commission and quarterly incentives.
