Last night I opened a very special Vilafonte c 2022. Young but don’t be deceived. It’s smooth as velvet, perfectly balanced, refined and utterly delicious 🍷 Perfect to drink now or to lie down for a few years. Being a carpei diem kind of guy, I don’t like waiting unless I have to 🤣 Thank you #MikeRatcliffe and Vilafonté for a wonderful bottle. A wine order coming right up. This is very special. (Took the bottle to my brother-in-law’s house last night to enjoy together, as he also loves his reds 🍷). He agreed. “Perfection”.
