I try my best to nurture my hobbies and interests that aren't related to work. I find it best to have a healthy balance between work and home life. 💬What kind of recognition or appreciation motivates you the most? I think Aung San Suu Kyi said it best “You should never let your fears prevent you from doing what you know is right.”  This quote inspires me to stay true to the goal I set for myself. Whether or not it's a boss or a colleague what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong. A core value I have is to never stand behind someone who treats people unfairly. 💬What advice would you give to young women aspiring to enter the tech field? Valuing females I create an environment of trust where every voice is heard and valued. Additionally, I strive to build a supportive community that uplifts and inspires each other. I love to see people excel and succeed, that brings me immense joy! 💬What kind of legacy do you hope to leave behind in your professional life? I hope to leave a legacy of empowerment and compassion. My goal is to have contributed to creating a more equitable and nurturing workplace where everyone feels valued and inspired to achieve their best.
