Following successful “undercover” activities by Chongwe AYPs in various health facilities, a Values Clarification and Attitude Training (VCAT) training was held where they presented their finding to stakeholders. A two-day VCAT training was held at Council Rest House, Chongwe District on 16 – 17th October, 2024. Upon identifying the gabs in the health facilities, stakeholder delved into the development of work plans that will include interventions tailored to meeting the health needs of young people in the district. It was highlighted during the meeting that creating a safe environment for quality access to health care services for AYPs will be critical in improving the wellbeing of AYPs in Chongwe. We are optimistic that these joint efforts in reducing new HIV infections among AYPs through improved health systems in our country will yield positive results. In attendance were stakeholders from various health facilities, DACA, Religious Leaders, Traditional Leaders and the parents. Aluta Continua ba Yufi #alz #srh #access #thatoneisyou #ayp
