Today, my team and I had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Amr Amin, Head of Development at One Development, to our AE7-Dubai office to kick off their new landmark project. One Development, an Abu Dhabi-based developer, is on a mission to create a refreshing approach to luxury developments in the UAE and the region.

We were pleased to welcome Mr. Faysal Altharwa, CEO of AJBAL, and Mr. Wasim Habashneh, Director of Real Estate Development, to AE7's Riyadh office. During their visit, we explored and discussed their pipeline of upcoming developments as well as AE7's diverse portfolio of flagship projects. We also identified potential areas of collaboration and demonstrated our value-add to developments. AJBAL is a real estate development company dedicated to innovation and creativity. We had the pleasure of visiting Retal's head office in Khobar, KSA. During our visit, we met with their Development and Design teams to discuss current and future project collaborations. We also delved into the evolving landscape of real estate developments in the region and the tangible increase in demand for high-quality developments in desirable locations. We shared AE7's approach to crafting such destinations and developments, leveraging the resources of our 15 offices globally to deliver iconic projects. In Retal's office, we were inspired by their vision statement on the main wall of their design studio which reads: "Our vision is to be the first urban developer in the Kingdom." It was very fulfilling to witness firsthand that they are on the path toward this vision. We concluded the visit with a tour of their sales center and several ongoing project sites in the area, including Ewan Tharwa and Retal Rise. Spent valuable time with Mr. Andres Losada touring the impressive new PIF (Public Investment Fund) HQ and discussing our current and upcoming collaborations.
