The sessions were truly inspiring, and I feel fortunate to have attended such thought-provoking panel discussions and workshops. It was an honor to be a part of the Partnership Management workshop by Mikel Mangold and I can’t wait for more in the future! Last week, Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) hosted Gulfood Green, an event created by the team behind Gulfood - The World's Biggest Annual F&B Event, the region’s most established food exhibition. Organised by DWTC, this 3-day event provided a global platform for the entire food ecosystem to exchange insights on technology, regulations, practices, solutions, and shifts in consumer food culture—all aimed at achieving sustainability.    We heard from industry leaders Andrew D Ive, General Partner at Big Idea Ventures; Edward Hamod, CEO of Switch Foods; and Sky Kurtz, Founder and CEO of Pure Harvest Smart Farms.
