What You’ll Do: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions Work closely with design and sales teams to bring educational spaces to life Identify new opportunities for business growth Ensure our CRM systems are efficient and well-managed Data and research-driven objectives Who You Are: A skilled communicator who thrives on building relationships Passionate about education, design, and innovation A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset Critical thinking is a must, resourceful and able to anticipate client needs Proactive, and able to manoeuvre ambiguity Driven to grow both personally and professionally Basic Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, business development, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory) Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously Experience in the education, design, or architecture industry is a plus Occasional travel  Why Join Us?
