First in the Region! Initiative, in collaboration with Snap, launched the region’s first-ever 3D Bitmoji activation for Amazon on Saudi National Day, setting a new benchmark in interactive brand experiences. Initiative’s immersive Snapchat lens took users on a personalized Bitmoji journey through Saudi landmarks, surrounded by Amazon’s iconic trucks and boxes, an experience crafted to resonate with the region’s youth. In just one day, the campaign reached over 2.8 million people, 75% above benchmark, with 50,000+ interactions, achieving 4x the engagement standard. 70% of UAE consumers and 71% in KSA are willing to share personal data for better brand experiences. Our Experience Better/Insights research by Jack Morton Worldwide reveals a significant shift in consumer behavior across the MENA region, where personalization is now valued more than traditional incentives like cash or goods. Globally, 63% of consumers expect AI-driven brand experiences to be more engaging and tailored to their preferences. Rebecca Amey, Regional Managing Director at Jack Morton MENAT says: “More and more consumers across the MENA region are increasingly seeking better brand experiences, and they are willing to exchange their personal data to achieve this.
