Join us for the debut of IMS Dubai, an electronic music industry summit focused on the intersection of music, culture, finance and technology in the diverse MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.
Hosted by Pete Tong, this summit will unite pioneering artists and industry thought leaders to provide insights into MENA's fast-evolving electronic music industry, with a focus on investment and entrepreneurship.
IMS Dubai will feature MENA-based speakers from YouTube, Warner Music Group, Anghami, Billboard Arabia, Believe, PopArabia and Reed Smith LLP. Regional event experts From Soho Garden DXB, Groove On The Grass, Oasis Festival and Factory People.
Joining them will be key figures from Tomorrowland, Creative Artists Agency, WME | William Morris Endeavor, Defected Records, HE.SHE.THEY. & Association For Electronic Music.
The summit will also celebrate the rise of female artists and industry leaders in the region, its innovative music and rich cultural heritage, and spotlight the artists and collectives driving the scene's growth and evolution.
The IMS founders state: “For almost two decades, International Music Summit (IMS) has united the global electronic music community annually in Ibiza to explore industry trends, innovations, and the challenges our diverse community faces. To make a global impact, IMS seeks to be where change is happening, which is why we’ve also hosted three editions of IMS Asia Pacific in Shanghai and one in Singapore and five IMS Engage events in Los Angeles. IMS Dubai will debut in the UAE, marking a strategic expansion into the MENA region. IMS, majority owned by Beatport, will not receive government or cultural funding or incentives for this initiative.
