Last week, Neptun Kosova was part of the 16th edition of the Prishtina International Film Festival (PriFest). The event brought together 580 filmmakers from Kosovo, the region, and around the world, along with over 15,000 spectators attending film screenings and main activities. This regional platform for film development provided a range of artistic and educational experiences, while also creating valuable networking opportunities between local filmmakers and international industry experts. Leading the Way in Sustainable Tourism! Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania extends funds of €26 million for the construction of the MGallery Hotel by the Accor Group at Green Coast, Albania. Supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), this significant investment will elevate tourism standards, promote sustainability, and stimulate local economic growth. Edlira Muka, CEO of BALFIN Group, views this development as a testament to strong partnerships with reliable financial institutions like EBRD and Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, and she highlights the Group’s pride in enhancing hospitality standards and driving positive economic change. The MGallery Hotel will mark the Accor Group’s debut in Albania at the start of the 2025 tourist season and will integrate Albania into Accor’s extensive global network of over 5,500 locations in more than 110 countries.

Balfin Austria is making strides with five new residential projects, located in the heart of the Austrian capital and the charming town of Gmunden.
