👩🔬💡 International Women’s Day – Celebrating Innovation, Equality & Progress! 💡👩🔬 Today, we celebrate the incredible contributions of women in science, industry, and business—driving innovation, leading change, and shaping the future. 🚀 At acib, we are not only committed to gender equality—we live it! Through targeted initiatives, we have created an inverted gender pyramid in leadership: ✅ On project leader level, women are responsible for approximately 67 % of the budget. ✅ On area leader level, this number rises to approx. 73 %. ✅ And at the top management level, an impressive 80 % of positions are held by women! This is more than just statistics—it’s a strong signal against the glass ceiling and proof that talent and leadership have no gender. Let’s continue working towards a future where opportunity and success are based on skills, vision, and dedication! 🌍🔬 To all the amazing women in our network: Thank you for your impact! 💜 #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2025 #Equality See how acib not only contributes to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 5 "Gender Equality", but other SDGs, as well: https://lnkd.in/dDffiQuQ.
