Exploring Spain’s First Timber-Hybrid Hotel and the Largest Industrialized Building in Valdebebas! 🌍🏢 The CREE Community toured two groundbreaking projects in Madrid, showcasing the power of sustainable innovation at Partner Days 2024. 👉 Started at the B&B Hotel Tres Cantos, Spain’s first CREE Building. Completed with the CREE System and an assembly time of 14 days, this 6-story eco-friendly structure sets a new benchmark in sustainable construction. By drastically reducing concrete use and slashing carbon emissions by over 60%, Tres Cantos is reshaping the Spanish skyline. 👉 Next, we visited the Valdebebas construction site, where we witnessed firsthand the clean and efficient assembly for Spain's largest industrialized building project. This visionary 7-story complex will soon house 500 apartments and span 18,000m². With the CREE timber-hybrid system, we’re on track to cut the construction timeline and lower the carbon footprint by 40%. These visits bring our motto—Inspire. Innovate. Collaborate.—to life!
