The Innovation in Politics Institute

We had a productive and inspiring start to the re_use Linz initiative to set the roadmap for a circular economy in the construction and real estate sector in Linz. The kickoff event of the initiative provided valuable insights through keynotes, panels and workshops - digging deeper into crucial issues like data collection and measurement, planning and financing, operations and dismantling. The results from these sessions have offered substantial input to guide our next steps. Many thanks to all partners, speakers, panellists and participants for their valuable contributions. The H2 Convention is the central forum for professionals from politics, business, and science to further develop the hydrogen economy in the region and beyond. This year, outstanding projects are in the spotlight: 🌍 The H2Linz initiative of the City of Linz aims to make Linz climate-neutral by 2040 by connecting research, business, and citizens, optimizing approval processes, and promoting CO2 reduction through educational projects. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/dQRA7Rnv 💧 The 60 MW electrolysis plant Green Ammonia Linz (GrAmLi) by VERBUND and LAT Nitrogen produces green hydrogen for the sustainable production of chemical products, with the oxygen produced also being utilised.
