At Storm FX, Australia’s largest distributor of XR hardware and solutions, he leads strategic services to support AEC, Defence, Education, M&E with XR adoption across a wide range of VR fleet rollout scenarios. 🌟 Emma Murtagh - Operations Manager, Queensland XR Hub Emma is passionate about applying extended reality technologies to solve real-world problems, and has worked cross-functionally with developers, 3D artists and producers since 2010. She develops activities and networks to educate industry and promote the growing capability in the Queensland XR ecosystem. 🌟 Kate Thompson (Moderator) - Associate Professor of Digital Pedagogies, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education, and Social Justice, QUT Kate is the leader of the Digital Learning for Change Research Group in the Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice, as well as the Research Engagement Leader for VISER in the Research Infrastructure portfolio. She gives priority to researching the processes of learning and teaching, particularly the role of technology in enabling students to understand, create or investigate a particular topic and supporting teachers in their pedagogical practice.
