Strata Managers & Owner Corporations in NSW, there has never been a better time to consider a Solar System for your apartment building than now! The NSW Solar for Apartment Residents Grant is now live with applications open until either December 1 2025 OR once funds have been fully allocated. The grant will fund up to 50% (max of $150K) of a shared Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system on eligible apartment buildings and other multi-unit dwellings in NSW. This will help residents, including renters, to reduce their energy bills and greenhouse gas emissions. Only Owners Corporations and Strata Managers can apply for the grant.
