Happy R U OK? Day! 👊🏽🌟 This year’s theme is "Any Day" because life unfolds every single day. R U OK? Day is a National Day of Action, reminding us to check in with others and ask R U OK? #AnyDay of the year — because a simple conversation could save a life. A lot can change in a year, a month, or even a week. This day serves as an important reminder to think about how your mob, community, and other loved ones are coping as we all navigate life’s highs and lows. The AH&MRC team had a lubly morning tea in the Pitt Street office to pause, take a break, and ask our fellow crew how we're really going. #RUOK #ItsOKToNotBeOK

September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. 🥎🏀⚽ Prostate cancer is cancer that starts in the prostate, which is a small gland near a man’s bladder. Prostate cancer develops when cells in the prostate grow in a way that’s not normal, and can develop at any age, although it is much more common in older men than in younger men. Today is Suicide Prevention Day 2024 ❤️🩹 We come together to raise awareness, break the stigma, and offer hope to those who may be struggling. This day serves as a reminder that every life is valuable, and that we all play a role in supporting one another. By fostering open conversations, promoting mental health awareness, and offering compassion, we can create a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Be there for each other—not just today, but every day—so that no one has to face their struggles alone. If you or someone you know needs help, call 13YARN (13 92 76) ❤️💛🖤
