Both are vital steps in advancing Halleck Creek and building a domestic rare earth supply chain. With completion of recent drilling, the Company is now preparing for a pre-feasibility study (PFS) to further define project economics and develop mine plans. #RareEarths American Rare Earths Limited ARR.AX $ARRNF $AMRRY Richard Hudson Sten Gustafson Geoffrey Hill Christopher Gibbs John Mansanti Melissa Sanderson Joe Evers Dwight Kinnes SUSAN ASSADI Sara Stotter

We were grateful to Wyoming Energy Authority for the October spotlight of Wyoming Rare (USA) Inc. when it arranged a tour for Sean Schaub, Nuclear Industry Coordinator for the Wyoming Energy Authority, of the Cowboy State Mine at Halleck Creek. He met with Sara Stotter, Geologist for American Rare Earths, and Tommy von Finckenstein, Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. While there Schaub learned about the progress the project is making and putting Wyoming front and center in domestic rare earth production. We are pleased to see this informative article that includes Halleck Creek in the Wyoming Rural Electric News story focused on industrial minerals. The story by Gayle Irwin looked at Critical Minerals and Rare Earth Elements Taking Center Stage in Wyoming and in the United States. “What we’ve been doing for the past few summers is exploration, where we drill a core hole and some other holes, called RC holes,” explained Joe Evers, Wyoming Rare (USA) Inc. President. “Those are really important informational markers for us. What it helps us do is to understand how the resource looks underground and understand where the boundaries of that resource are, so we can refine our plan on what the mining might look like in the future if we get to that stage.” See pages 14-18 for the content that talks about Halleck Creek. Great coverage here in the The Denver Gazette about how Wyoming Rare (USA) Inc. is playing a key role in the development of rare earth and its strategic importance to the U.S. as a valuable domestic economic resource. “It's one of the largest deposits of rare earth elements in the nation,” Joe Evers, president of Wyoming Rare told Scott Weiser at The Denver Gazette. “And what we're really excited about from a strategic advantage is we have the ability to start a mine on wholly owned land from the state of Wyoming.” This, said Evers, sidesteps the often decades-long permitting process for mining on federal lands. He expects mining to begin in three to five years. This article has been reprinted with permission from The Denver Gazette.
