We are thrilled to have held our fourth Leading with Impact session on Psychological Peak Performance and High Performing Teams this week.   Thank you to Peta Slocombe from Performance Story for helping us learn key features of high-performing teams, and how we can remove some of the barriers that often get in our way.   Peta also led us through a Mental Health Week wellbeing check-in. Our mental health and wellbeing deserve the same focus as our physical health. This check-in reminds us that whether we are thriving or surviving, there's always something we can learn from checking in.   In today’s dynamic and competitive landscape, effective leadership is central to cultivating great teams and culture, delivering exceptional service, and achieving extraordinary results. I'm absolutely buzzing with energy after a very busy and successful MINExpo INTERNATIONAL in Las Vegas. As a first timer to the event I can't believe the quantity and quality of conversations I've had. It's even more exciting knowing that AMPS - Advanced Mining Production Systems, LiveMine Solutions and AMPS Academy now have an established presence in North America. I also managed a quick tour of some old gold mines in Colorado with Benjamin Miller, which was a perfect way to have at least 1 down day on this trip. Nice to bump into so many fellow WA School of Mines Alumni with Nathan Stoitis, Brant Tapley just to name a few. Definitely looking forward to getting back home to Australia for a rest with my family, but I'll be back in North America again soon. Thanks MinExpo and the Nevada Mining Association for a great few days in Vegas. Last week, AMPS attended another inspiring WIMWA (Women in Mining and Resources WA ) Summit.   Over two days, we heard powerful messages and thought-provoking discussions from local and international leaders and change-makers.   As always, this summit provided an excellent opportunity to connect with others, learn from a wide variety of speakers and support our industry in advancing workplace equity.   A job well done by our CEO, Rebecca Prain for her welcome speech on day one!   A massive thank you to Sabina Shugg AM, WIMWA Events Vanessa and the entire WIMWA team for all of their hard work putting together this fantastic summit once again.   #WIMWA #WomenInMining #WIMWASummit
