Today marks the end of a two-year journey as I graduate from my Project Management Traineeship. These past two years with Apprenticeship Careers Australia have been an incredible experience, filled with valuable lessons, challenges, and personal growth. I’m truly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, the skills I’ve developed, and, most importantly, the amazing people I’ve met along the way. Firstly I want to thank my ACA support officer Theresa Leung for always checking in on me and guiding me through step by step of the process, My first rotation at EDSICO Management, where Ali Farhoodi guided me with invaluable mentorship and support, to every challenge and lesson that followed, And in my second rotation at Hindmarsh, Adam Delpopolo took me through each team on the project, giving me the opportunity to see it from all angles and gain a well-rounded understanding of the process, Last but not least my rotation at School Infrastructure where my supervisor Richard Williams taught me everything I needed to know about excel sheets! 😆 and the infrastructure behind school facilities giving me valuable insights into how the Department utilizes facilities for the community. This journey has shaped me in more ways than I could have imagined, and I have managed to secure a full time role in School Infrastructure through this Traineeship where I will be working within the Office Accomodation team! I am excited to continue my study’s into a diploma and start a new chapter of my career with School Infrastructure.
