It’s no surprise that AI is being used across a growing proportion of Australians across both work and personal contexts. However, adoption of and trust in AI is far from universal. Our latest Australia Now & Next study shows that not all of us are engaged with AI - and some cohorts may require additional support to successfully understand and navigate its use (or indeed, to trust the businesses or organisations they deal with who are themselves leveraging AI for efficiency and/or growth). Keen to know more? Drop us a line at hello@bastioninsights.com with the subject "Australia Now & Next Report" and we'll send you a copy of the full report. About us
Founded in 2009, we are Australasia’s largest independent agency, with an ambition to achieve the same feat in the USA. Bastion was born in the GFC and built over the last 15 years to service clients increasingly competitively challenged by a digitally disrupted and fast changing world. We exist to deliver the strategic advantage needed to put brands, organisations and people in a position of strength. Our 350+ staff work across our offices located in Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, New York City, Auckland and Wellington. Last Thursday, we hosted our very first AI Digi Event in Melbourne, and it was a fantastic discussion. A huge thank you to our incredible speakers, including Uma Patel from Google, Cat McGinn from Unmade, Shaun Davies and Jenni Ryall from Bastion, for sharing their expertise and insights on how AI is transforming businesses and creating new opportunities for growth. We had a great time diving into how businesses are leveraging Google AI tools to improve content delivery and drive operational changes. It was a fantastic opportunity for networking and collaboration over drinks and nibbles, thanks to everyone who joined us! If you are interested in joining our Sydney event next Thursday, March 27th, feel free to message us. We’d love to have you join us! Tim den Braber Jessinta Smoothy Zac J. Diamond Kloufetos Aaron D.

For the 4th consecutive year, the Bastion team has designed and created Casa Ferrari. This year, they’ve taken the design to new heights with a more modern interpretation of the Italian Masseria. Just as Ferrari continues to evolve, pushing the boundaries of design and cutting-edge technology on the track, our off-track home at GP follows suit. With bolder lines, striking contrasts, and a relentless focus on detail, Casa Ferrari makes a bold statement upon entry, while offering a calm, refined, and comfortable space for relaxation. Rooted in over 75 years of passion, Casa Ferrari remains true to its heritage, continuing to be the trackside home for the Ferrari family. We’re excited for the race weekend ahead! Scuderia Ferrari

Casa Ferrari, the pinnacle of trackside hospitality, returns to the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in 2025! 🏁 Designed by Bastion Experience and built by The Melbourne Builder. More to come!
Ever wondered how the ultra-wealthy do the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix? Well, if you’re part of Ferrari’s inner-circle, it starts with a ticket to a private three-storey popup mixed with trackside views, endless Aperol Spritz, and a menu curated by top Italian chefs. For 2025, Casa Ferrari has expanded yet again. “We have added horsepower to Casa Ferrari for 2025,” Dr. Jan Hendrik Voss, President of Ferrari Australasia, told Forbes Australia. “It’s great to be back in pole position as the first race of the year, and the anticipation for this season of racing led us to extend our interior space. That opens even better viewpoints of the track.” 📌 Here's what a $12,000 ticket gets you: https://lnkd.in/gAyj6dHR 🖋️ Samuel Hussey for Forbes Australia

We're proud to have been on the ground supporting the official opening of Nundah Private Hospital, Queensland’s first private mental health hospital under iMH's integrated care model, jointly funded between Amplar Health and Aurora Healthcare 👏 This ground-breaking facility is set to transform the way mental health care is delivered, offering patients greater access, choice, and flexibility through personalised, integrated care pathways that extend beyond the hospital walls. A shout out to Peta Frost, Paige English and Mark Henderson from our Bastion team for managing media and running the event on site in Brisbane.

project32 All In brought together our athletes, feature speakers, entrepreneurs and program partners for a day focused on career development, networking, and the transition beyond sport. We were joined by Bree Rizzo (Masters) OLY, who shared her journey to the Olympics, insights into building an authentic personal brand, and how she’s created a strong community as an LSKD athlete. Bree’s practical tips on content and engagement gave athletes a fresh perspective on leveraging their platform. Damien Fitzpatrick spoke openly about the challenges of transitioning out of professional sport, highlighting the valuable skillset athletes bring to the workforce. Now an entrepreneur, he shared how he found new passion and motivation in building Pillar Performance, a brand dedicated to high-performance recovery and nutrition. The day was a mix of discussions, hands-on workshops for our project32 athletes, and networking opportunities, giving athletes the tools to build their next chapter with confidence. A huge thank you to Bree, Damien, our project32 athletes & partners, and everyone else involved in making the event a success. Excited for what’s next!
