At Be Recruitment, we strive to understand the evolving needs of the workforce, especially younger employees navigating today’s workplace. Recently, we conducted a poll with our LinkedIn community to gauge how supported younger team members feel in achieving success and growth in their roles. The results were insightful: 40% of respondents said they feel "absolutely" supported in their professional growth. Another 40% felt "somewhat" supported. 20% remained "neutral," while encouragingly, no one responded with "not really." These findings highlight the importance of building more robust support systems within organisations to ensure that all employees, especially the younger generation, feel empowered and equipped to succeed. While the results are positive, there is room for improvement, particularly in enhancing support for those who feel only somewhat or neutral about their experience.
