Role Description This is a full-time role as a Senior Project Manager at Benaiah Project Management located in Hurstville, NSW. The Senior Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project tasks, including client management, staff mentoring, project management, budget and program management, and other related functions of a Senior Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Landcom’s Stage 4 at North Wilton Panorama is underway! Benaiah are thrilled to announce that our Tench Reserve project has been awarded the 2024 AILA NSW Landscape Architecture Award for Parks and Open Space! This recognition celebrates the collaborative efforts of the NSW Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure, Penrith City Council, Context Landscape Architecture, and GHD. Benaiah Project Management were engaged by the Department as Program Managers, Project Managers and Construction Managers for the $50m Parks for People program which Tench reserve was the first completed!
