Delivered through a partnership with Homes NSW, the project is set to be home to more than 2,200 people, with the potential for an incredible 75% of homes dedicated to social and affordable housing Located less than 100 metres from Arncliffe rail station, Arncliffe Central will set a benchmark for Transport-Oriented Developments (TOD). It will provide critically needed housing for more than 2,200 people, together with local dining & retail shopping, a new 4000 sqm park, childcare, and public library & community centre through an agreement with Bayside Council. JV PARTNERS SNAP UP MAJOR CBD SITE SET TO REVITALISE SYDNEY’S MIDTOWN PRECINCT Central Sydney Property Pty Ltd, a joint venture between developer Billbergia Group and Metrics Credit Partners, has finalised its acquisition of a 6,000- square-metre site in Sydney’s CBD from offshore developer Han’s Holding Group. Plans have been revealed for a city-shaping scheme to transform the amalgamated site into a cutting-edge mixed-use development, complete with luxury residences, a high-end hotel, retail spaces and an enhanced public domain. “Our vision will transform this underutilised city block into a cutting-edge urban community with luxury residences supported by premium amenity, quality public domain and active placemaking.
