We are delighted to announce that we have recently been awarded the formwork, reinforcing and concrete placement contract at Sydney Metro St Marys Station for Parklife Metro Design and Construction (D&C), which we have been making great progress on. This project will deliver an important metropolitan transport interchange between the existing St Marys Station and the new St Marys Metro Station[NC1]. St Marys Metro Station is part of the new Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport line, which will become the transport spine for Greater Western Sydney, connecting communities and travelers with the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport and the growing region. The project is expected to enhance local employment opportunities, bolster businesses, and accommodate the expanding population in the area, representing a major investment in Western Sydney's infrastructure and future growth. The project will be delivered by our team, building on their past experience, on similar metro stations throughout Sydney. Great progress has been made at the Newmarket Randwick project for Cbus Property!   Our work alongside Lendlease will see the delivery of 116 residences and 38 terraces for the three releases in Stage 2 – Young & Fennelly, Jane St. Terraces and The Chiltern Collection. We are progressing well on our project at Allere West Village with Hutchinson Builders.   The jumpform has now topped out on Tower 5 at level 20, and we have commenced dismantling which will soon be completed. Our suspended decks on Tower 5 are making good progress as well, trailing a floor behind the jumpform. A look back at The Crown Hotel and Resort project Sydney, where we completed our works in 2020. The Crown Hotel and Resort is the first six-star international hotel built in Sydney. The unique design of this 88-level tower by Wilkinson Eyre is derived from a sculptural form reminiscent of three twisting petals which created a structure that had never been built before. Working alongside Lendlease and Crown Resorts on this project, our scope included a complete formwork package comprised of an Advanced Climbing Systems Australia (ACSA) self-climbing core system, self-climbing perimeter protection screens, formwork table systems in the tower, and high strutting shoring & scaffold edge protection solutions to the podium floors. This landmark project in Barangaroo had very tight programme requirements which we were able to meet by working collaboratively with Lendlease and all structural trades engaged on the project. Several challenging technical aspects of the project included a complex edge protection screen system to address the slab edge profiles which changed on most levels, a top-down construction sequence for the basement , and an ACSA jumpform that was key to the success of the structure.
