The Women at Insignia Financial series has been popular around our offices as we seek to share ideas, tools and resources to empower all our people, especially women, to take more affirmative action around their finances. With knowledge, education and understanding, we can all look forward to a financial future that aligns to our values and goals.
Yesterday, I had the privilege of participating as a guest speaker in a session on Financial Tools for Women, co-hosted by Stephanie Bailey and Katrina Lineage for our Adelaide employees as part of the Women at Insignia Financial Committee! It was an honour to share the stage with fellow speakers Lachlan Walton (Shadforth Financial) and James Clark (Insignia Financial). Together, we aimed to provide valuable insights and practical tools to empower everyone in their financial journey. Educating others about the importance of financial well-being, particularly for women, is a passion of mine because I truly believe education has been a transformative force in my journey to becoming a Financial Planner. Now, as a planner, I'm dedicated to using my expertise to empower my clients, especially women, to reach their life goals. By offering tailored sessions that enhance financial literacy, we can uplift women's education and career opportunities, enabling them to confidently pursue their aspirations and achieve the success they deserve. One of my favourite parts of the session was our collective engagement and openness to vulnerability created a powerful space for sharing our experiences. It's inspiring to see how we all spoke up and supported one another. Each of us walked away from yesterday's session with valuable insights and a deeper connection, highlighting the strength we have when we come together as women. Thank you to everyone who attended. I hope I was able to inspire you to take charge of your financial future.
