Our team was excited to attend the HerTechPath Dare to Dream: STEM Careers for Girls event yesterday at the InterContinental Adelaide! As a proud HerTechPath partner, we hosted a hands-on session on smart cities, inspiring the girls to brainstorm and collaborate on tech solutions for sustainable urban living. It’s amazing to watch them explore possibilities and gain confidence in what a tech career could offer post high school.   With Australia projected to need around 445,000 more tech-skilled workers by 2030 (ACS Digital Pulse Report 2023), the future is bright for these young innovators! We explored the architecture and functionality of SharePoint Search (On-Premises), as well as customisation options like verticals, refiners, and display templates.
