About us

Cube Group makes public value happen. Since 2002, we have been working with public value organisations to help deliver effective programs and projects across Australia. We genuinely care about making a difference, and are guided by a strong belief that the public sector should have access to an expert consultancy that truly understands public value. We excel in this space. And, unlike other consultancies, we only work with public value organisations. As a Certified B Corp™, we are committed to positive impact on the community, the environment, our clients, and our team members. Working with Cube Group means access to a broad range of consultancy experience and specialist expertise. Our team is made up of highly skilled, hard-working people who can assist organisations with policy, strategy, project delivery, organisation design and more. Since we began, we have delivered over 1000 projects, across government departments, public entities, volunteer organisations and local councils. We are fully Australian owned and operated, and committed to improving public value in every part of the country.

The sun is out and so am I. 🌞 The right to disconnect is important and so are intentional workplace culture edits to improve flexibility, rest and balance. An example I love is 'Summer Flex' at Cube Group. ☀️ Every Friday in January, Cubies log off at noon and take time to recharge, relax and ease into the new year. Cube are inspiring us to edit the workplace and disrupt hustle culture and build in rest. A few other edits include: 🎤Permission and practices to challenge a false sense of urgency, especially at the end of year. Celebrating prioritisation practices rather than pushing through at all costs. ⏰ Challenge meetings with asynchronous ways of working and mainstream 15 and 25 minute meetings to encourage stretches and space between meetings. Clear purpose, agenda and outcomes also help people choose if they do or don't attend. What ways do you find rest in work? image of Gems face wearing sunnies in the sun whilst walking under a tree.

  • Once again, the Cube team is enjoying “Summer Flex”! During the month of January, this wellbeing initiative sees all Cubies work half days on Fridays. This means more time spent with family and friends, enjoying the summer weather, and relaxing in preparation for a busy year ahead. If you email on a Friday afternoon, you’ll likely hear back from our team on Monday. We hope you’re enjoying a break this January! #CubeGroup #SummerFlex

  • In September, we had the pleasure of sponsoring and presenting at the Australian Evaluation Society Conference. Over three dynamic days, we opened new dialogues, challenged conventional thinking, and shared our enthusiasm for the future of the industry. With a full house attendance, Cube Partner Michael Maher and Director Kathryn Erskine shared some practical insights for supporting systems transformation and pivoting in the face of challenges. The presentation slides can be found here: https://lnkd.in/d7MhyRUs A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made the experience so rewarding. We look forward to continuing these valuable conversations and seeing how these new insights shape our future work! #Evaluation #aes24MEL
