The magic of the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant returned to the city streets on Saturday, along with the ‘Shaping our Wonderful World’ float proudly hosted by our DPC colleagues in Multicultural Affairs. Representatives from some of our state’s multicultural communities joined the float, bringing festive cheer to this cherished South Australian event.

Research aimed at protecting midwives from work overload, training for care workers in burnout resilience and the upgrading of a toolkit to help employers identify gaps in their WHS systems have been granted funding from SafeWork SA through the Augusta Zadow Awards. The 2024 Augusta Zadow Awards winners were presented by the Governor of South Australia, her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson AC at a Government House ceremony on 25 October. A huge congratulations to the winners of this year’s Employee Recognition Awards 👏👏 Announced on Wednesday 30 October 2024, the awards celebrated and recognised the achievements of individuals and teams who were nominated for demonstrating excellence in seven award categories aligned to the objectives and values within our Strategic Direction. From more than 70 nominations, 7 individual and 4 team winners received awards, with the judging panel also recognising 11 other nominees with high achievement certificates.
