#projects The ceiling design of the new Payneham Swimming Centre has been approved for construction, now kicking-off the manufacturing phase. We are now processing all the data we have gathered and embedded throughout design development into instructions which will be handed over to steel and timber manufacturers in various forms and formats. Computational Construction (CC) allows us to represent and augment design processes typically performed manually (with high risk of errors, long execution time and QAs) with algorithmic logics and data structures. Granular control over multiple project dimensions, automation, digital continuity and faster execution time are just some on the benefits on applying CC to real full scale projects, indipendently from size and complexity of the latter. #projects ⭐️ Metro Martin Place Sydney Metro Station and Macquarie Group North Tower are officially open! ⭐️   Today marks a major milestone for us, the conclusion of almost three years of continuous work on 35+ packages within the North Tower.   🤝 Through a truly collaborative partnership with F & D Normoyle Engineering PL, we have successfully developed, coordinated and delivered from design to manufacturing, factory assembly and installation on-site the following key items:   -  Atrium steel and glass balustrades across 36 levels -  21 steel and aluminium-clad atrium stairs -  Full scale 9x9x4 meters VMU replicating a corner section of the atrium and incorporating the systems outlined above -  Ground level Macquarie feature stairs spanning across 2 levels -  Steel with timber-clad Forum at Level 11 overlooking the atrium void -  Modular edge boards shaping the 21-level atrium concrete slabs, enabling precise alignment and installation of stairs and balustrades -  Glass walls, aluminium claddings and other features distributed across multiple tower levels.   🎉 This project has been a long journey, and we are very proud to have been part of it. It's a testament to our commitment and dedication, which shaped us and ENCODE as it is today.
