The Best Way to Upskill a Geology Team? Get in the Trenches. James has just wrapped up his third site visit to Pantoro's Norseman operations, capping off six months of hands-on Leapfrog training and Resource Modelling support.  No boring lectures here, just real-world, practical training designed to fit seamlessly into daily operations. Across those visits, he worked alongside Mine and Senior Geologists, guiding them through Leapfrog fundamentals, drill design, domain modelling, and Leapfrog Central, helping them build the skills they need to make confident, data-backed decisions. But it wasn't just about the time on-site. It was a team effort, with Entech's senior leadership in Perth staying across resource updates.  The goal? Building confidence in data-driven decision-making and ensuring geos across all swings had the opportunity to sharpen their skills.  Training isn't a one-and-done deal. The training doesn't stop when we step off-site. We're still backing the team with ongoing support to keep those skills sharp and the workflows smooth.
