Quarterly Activities Report – Equinox Resources Limited (ASX:EQN) At Equinox, we focus on the fundamentals, and this past quarter brought substantial progress across our projects: Hamersley Iron Ore Project - New PoW approved for a 100 RC infill drilling program across the mining lease to refine grade continuity and resource estimation. - Engaged with over a dozen steel mills, iron ore traders, and blending houses across Asia to discuss potential offtake agreements for the 450-million-tonne resource, which includes 108.5 million tonnes of high-grade DSO at an average of 58.0% Fe. These meetings highlighted strong interest in the project with discussions on-going. Brazilian Rare Earths - Campo Grande Project: RC and auger drilling underway, targeting high-priority thorium anomalies. - Ionic Rare Earth Clay Confirmed at Rio Negro Prospect: AMSUL REE recoveries reached up to 80% TREO (91% TREO-CeO₂). High-value magnet elements Nd, Pr, and Dy achieved 88% recovery, while Tb reached an impressive 91%. - Mata da Corda Project: Auger and diamond drilling underway, with preliminary RC drilling assays confirming significant titanium dioxide discoveries with REE credits. Canadian Antimony Project - Secured a 12-month option to acquire the Alturas Antimony Project, including the historic Alps-Alturas mine with an average grade of 57.2% Sb. - Identified a 1.5 km mineralized shear zone with high-grade stibnite occurrences and copper-bearing boulders, with copper assays reaching up to 1.5%. Financial & Corporate - Solid cash position at $3.42M to support ongoing exploration initiatives. - Paul Hughes joins as CFO, bringing valuable financial insights to our team. Equinox Resources Limited (ASX: EQN) is pleased to provide preliminary metallurgical test work conducted on 20 scout drill holes at the “Rio Negro” at the “Campo Grande” Rare Earth Project, a 100% owned and staked project located in Bahia, Brazil. Spanning approximately 1,800 km², the Rio Negro prospect makes up only 1% of the project claim area, highlighting the significant scale and potential of this venture. Equinox Resources Managing Director, Zac Komur, commented: “Our recent AMSUL test results confirms the presence of rare earth ionic adsorption clays at our Campo Grande project, with TREO recoveries reaching up to 80%. Impressively, recoveries for high-value magnet elements like Neodymium, Praseodymium, and Dysprosium hit 88%, and Terbium achieved an exceptional 91%. Looking back on our journey in Brazil, it's noteworthy that our Campo Grande and Mata da Corda projects were not acquisitions burdened with payments and royalties. Instead, we did our homework, followed the geology, and pegged the ground ourselves. We’re continuing to follow the geology and drilling across high-priority areas at both projects, ensuring we maximise the potential we’ve discovered. There's much more to come. Exciting developments at Equinox Resources Limited (ASX:EQN) Alturas Antimony Project in British Columbia. Recent exploration has uncovered a 1.5 km shear zone and copper-bearing boulders, adding fresh momentum to the project’s potential for copper and high-grade antimony mineralisation. Key Highlights: 🌓 1.5 km shear zone identified, with widths of 5-25 metres. 🌓 Copper-bearing boulder field discovered, with copper content estimated at 0.5% to 1.5%. 🌓 Historical high-grade antimony samples, with some containing up to 100% stibnite. “The latest exploration results at the Alturas project have exceeded our expectations... reaffirming its potential for both antimony and polymetallic mineralisation,” says Zac Komur, Managing Director.
