Thanks to Hunt Architects for getting Forth involved in such an awesome hospitality project. Great work by Devlyn Construction to bring the 130 yr old venue back to life. Forth provided - Str, Civil, Elec & Mech services. Heritage + Hospitality = great times!

Whilst some of our team have been busy with the facade upgrades outside, at Central Park, a few of our intrepid warriors thought it would be a good idea this morning to run (walk mostly) 48 floors up the stairs, inside! Well done to the crew, and special congratulations to Joe Tolczyk who flew up in 6 and a half minutes to register the fastest overall time for the day.

With the project nearing completion, the vision of Gray Puksand Architects is being realised, thanks to the specialist logistical and technical delivery from Duratec! PROJECT UPDATE: AUSTRALIA PLACE FORECOURT, CANOPY AND LOBBY In close collaboration with Centuria Capital Group, Cox Architecture and Forth Consulting, the delivery team from Hoskins undertook via an ECI agreement, the refurbishment of Australia Place Forecourt, Canopy and main Lobby at 15-17 William Street, Perth. Undertaking the wholesale demolition of all existing finishes and detailed construction of all areas of the buildings front of house areas, the Hoskins delivery team worked to ensure tenants, building visitors and most importantly Playa Coffee, operated in a "normal" fashion albeit through the maze of hoardings and scaffolds that enabled works to progress in this live environment.
