This series didn’t fail! 👏🏼
I am a huge believer in experimenting with brand content. Without exploring different ways to attract your community, content becomes stale and the customer moves on.
Going hand and hand with this, I am also a huge believer in nurturing your brands community. Without this, your brand is nothing.
We took a risk with this series - we noticed a huge link between our customer and the classic Aussie music lover. We sat and brainstormed and thought ‘why not see what we can do’. This is a great example of new content exploration AND our effort to listen and respond to our customer’s mutual interests.
✅ Our first experiment was creating a mini series featuring triple J’s hottest 100 artists styled in our product
✅ When this performed well, we then started using Aussie tunes on our reels instead of trending sounds, again, our customer responded well
✅ We then started to reach out to some of our team’s favourite Australian musicians and well, now we’re holding on for the ride! If you follow us you would of seen our debut collab with The Terrys, snowballing off the success of this we have now started releasing content with The Vanns and have more to come!
This series is a great case study on how to soft launch a new experimental series on your socials.
