Gresham Capital Partners is pleased to announce our investment in Alltruck Bodies (“ATB”) - a market leader in rigid truck body manufacturing. ATB manufactures domestically and sells a range of body types with various sizes and customizable specifications. The product portfolio ranges from three to 16-ton rigids, and includes dry, refrigerated, curtain-sided and fiber-reinforced panel layouts. ATB also manufactures trays, trailers, and provides repairs and maintenance services. The Company was founded in 1991 by Tony Romano and George Mitrousis and operates across two facilities located in Victoria and Queensland. Gresham Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in September 2024 and is excited to be partnering with the ATB team, with the ambition of continuing to grow ATB’s footprint and product offering. Gresham is pleased to have advised the City of Melbourne and Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd (a City of Melbourne company) on the recently announced sale of Citywide’s waste business to Cleanaway.    Citywide’s waste business provides waste management services to a number of municipal, commercial and industrial customers in Melbourne, including waste collection services to the City of Melbourne and its residents. The business also operates the Dynon Road waste transfer station. As part of the transaction, Cleanaway (in conjunction with the City of Melbourne) will redevelop the Dynon Road waste transfer station into a larger, more efficient, modern facility.   Congratulations to the City of Melbourne and Citywide teams on the announcement of this exciting transaction. Gresham is pleased to have advised Red 5 Limited on its merger with Silver Lake Resources Limited which was implemented on 19 June 2024. The merger was implemented via a Silver Lake scheme of arrangement and creates a ~445koz pa, diversified, leading mid-tier gold company with a strong balance sheet to pursue growth.   The transaction merges two leading mid-tier gold companies with complementary assets and balance sheets and provides an exciting next step for Red 5 shareholders following the successful development, ramp-up and achievement of steady state production at Red 5’s King of the Hills asset.   Congratulations to both the Red 5 and Silver Lake teams on the implementation of this exciting transaction.
