This project marks Blocks first purpose-built office globally, uniting staff from across the Block team, including Square, Afterpay, Cash App, TBD and TIDAL, enabling people to exchange knowledge and ideas across the ecosystem. Generate Property Group is excited to announce the successful completion of the new Lobby and End of Trip facility at The Palace Tower, 108 St Georges Terrace.   This project is a complete lobby transformation, featuring a café, breakout area, lounge and private conference space. The stepped design of the café seating and planting softly surrounds the Palace Hotel, paying homage to it’s heritage architecture. A sparkling gold café is now placed centre stage of the lobby, welcoming the public in. Likewise, the upgraded end of trip facility offers an elevated experience with a sophisticated and modern arrival lounge, a space where users can recharge and unwind before seamlessly transitioning to changerooms with state-of-the-art amenities.   This long term value enhancement was completed on budget and exudes a high quality design and finishes. As tenants of the building, we are thrilled to have been a part of this project.
