Their critical components, including motors, pumps, and fans, were at risk of unexpected failures, potentially leading to costly downtime. In a recent case, our analysts detected increased vibration on both motor bearings of a vacuum pump train drive at the company's facility. Our #sensor on the motor picked up concerning vibrations, typically indicating lubrication issues or potential bearing wear. Upon inspection, the maintenance team performed a normal lubrication cycle for the motor. This timely intervention significantly reduced the vibration levels, returning them to the normal operating range.
