We’re excited to announce that development approval has been granted for Surry Hills Commercial Development . The proposal has been determined by council to have achieved design excellence, which allowed an increase in FSR and building height. allowing 5 levels of premium Commercial & Retail spaces with a NLA of 2852 sqm, basement parking for 18 vehicles, End of Trip facilities and a extensively landscaped rooftop terrace. This creates an interface of the built & natural forms, becoming a considered expression within a busy neighbourhood . The facade pays homage to the heritage character of the surrounding area with the approach of a modular brick facade. Entrances, awnings and operable windows to ground level tenancies add to the pedestrian character, creating a welcoming and inviting experience. As the Client-Side Project Manager, Landmark Project Management Australia is proud to lead this project on behalf of our client, Tariq Property Developments. Working alongside the talented team at SJB Architects, Henry & Hymas Consulting Engineers and ABC Planning, we’ve collaborated to bring this vision to life.
