Hungry Jack’s went green on Friday, dressing up to shine a light on a serious issue - after all, having fun is a part of our Vision at Hungry Jack's. National SafeWork Month gave us a chance to pause and reflect on what truly matters: keeping our people safe. It’s not about ticking off boxes; it’s about making sure every team member feels secure every single day......Work Safe: Home Safe Throughout the month, we focused on four pillars: WHS Fundamentals, Psychosocial Hazards, Risk Management, and Preventing Musculoskeletal Injuries. These aren’t just themes; they’re essential to how we operate. From open discussions on mental health to enhancing practices that prevent physical injuries, it all boils down to one core belief: safety is everyone’s responsibility, and everyone has a voice. We’re incredibly proud of the strides we’ve taken, but even prouder of our team. They’ve embraced safety as a key part of our culture, ensuring everyone gets home safe each day. At Hungry Jack’s, we're building a workplace where everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered. Where we all have a voice, and can have some fun whilst we do it. At Hungry Jack’s, we believe that leadership is a journey, one that starts with the individual and then transforms entire teams. Every great restaurant begins with a leader who understands that before they can inspire others, they must first lead themselves. Our Restaurant Managers Pathway is designed to take leaders on this journey, beginning with Leading Self. Here, our managers learn to own their outcomes, realising that leadership is built on personal accountability. It’s the foundation that sets them up for success as they move to the next stage: Leading Team - inspiring those around them. In Leading Team, we create accountability and ownership through consultation, collaboration and trust, ensuring that our employee experience translates wholly to our guests experience with us. Finally, the journey reaches its pinnacle with Leading Restaurant. This is where leadership truly comes to life, with every team member working towards shared goals and the guest experience reflecting the team’s efforts. It’s here that our managers see the direct impact they have, not just on their teams, but also on the guests they serve and the communities they’re a part of. This pathway takes time because we want the new skills to stick. We encourage our managers to ‘fail forward safely’ and we give the support and time they need to try their new skills on for size. Great leadership is practiced daily; its humble, and we understand the will and skill required to bring it to life with a beautifully diverse team around you. At Hungry Jack’s, we know that great leadership takes time. We’re not after quick wins; we’re after lasting change. #capability #growth #leadershipdevelopment #peoplepower #restaurantleadership #teamsuccess Melissa Anderson Jenny McKie Chris Green Suzanne McGregor Keira Chapman Coralie Streater Ellie Webdale Lara Monro Jessie Trimmer Michael Oliverio Chris Smith Churchmichael George Chrisan Tamer Zakhary

At Hungry Jack’s, we recognise how important it is to make people feel valued, supported, and connected to something bigger. That’s why our partnership with Perth Football Club is so important. It’s not just about football; it’s about creating a sense of belonging and giving back to the community. This year, the Free Kick Program has opened doors for disadvantaged youth in regional areas, offering them the chance to feel included and supported. Doubling its size was just the start, and we’re committed to growing this program even further next year, ensuring more young people feel they belong. PFC’s school clinics have broadened its reach to students, doubling the number of visits and connecting with young people from diverse backgrounds. The Women’s Rogers Cup team brought home six thrilling wins this season, proving what can happen when dedication meets community support. But we’re even more excited for 2025, when PFC will proudly launch their WAFLW team, a milestone that celebrates progress and inclusivity in women’s sport. Off the field, the Aussie Fit Program is helping men make meaningful, positive changes to their lives, showing that support comes in many forms. And with wheelchair footy starting soon, we’re standing by, ready to cheer on our team as they push for another premiership. At Hungry Jack’s, it’s the people and the connections we build that matter most. Together with PFC, we’re not just sponsoring and supporting programs, we’re creating a space where everyone feels valued and supported. In a world that moves faster every day, it’s easy to get caught up in targets, numbers, and the grind of daily tasks. But what truly matters are the people we share our time with. We are more than just coworkers, we are a community of people connected by support, laughter and belonging. Look at these faces in these photos. Each one has a story, stories of perseverance, support, and care. These aren’t just teammates; they’re people who care about one another. Whether it’s pushing through the busiest rush or celebrating the small wins together, we know that no matter what, we can rely on each other, and that makes all the difference. Work isn’t just about showing up and getting things done. It’s about walking into a place where you feel seen, valued, and appreciated. It’s knowing that someone has your back when things get hectic or that a friend will be there with a joke or a word of encouragement after a long day. The bonds we build here go beyond the walls of the restaurant, sometimes, they turn into lifelong friendships, and who knows, maybe even more. We all come from different backgrounds and experiences, but it’s those differences that make us #strongertogether. We embrace each other’s uniqueness, knowing that together, we create a place where everyone belongs. That’s the real magic of this team, the way we come together, lift each other up, and make this more than just a job. Belonging isn’t just a concept here, it’s the friendships we form, the trust we build, and the moments we share. These amazing people are the heart and soul of Hungry Jack’s, reminding us every day that the real success comes from the connections we make along the way. At Hungry Jack’s, our value of #StrongerTogether lies at the very foundation of who we are. From the dedicated crew on the front lines of our restaurants, to our executive and support center teams, collaboration is the critical ingredient that fuels our success. It’s this spirit of collaboration and teamwork that empowers us to consistently deliver on our promise to our employees and our guests, day in and day out. This week, we had the honour of hosting our colleagues from Burger King, and the Restaurant Brands International (RBI) team. Their visit was more than just a tour; it was an opportunity for us to showcase the unique Hungry Jack’s culture and share the stories that drive our vision forward. Who better to lead this tour than a group of our high-performing Growth Mindset Partners. An example of our commitment to learning and development, these restaurant leaders continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible within our teams. Throughout their visit, our guests had the chance to engage directly with our crew, hear their experiences, and witness firsthand how our focus on people and high-performance team building is brought to life. Jenny McKie, our Chief People Officer, perfectly defined the essence of who we are when she said, “We are in the people business; we just happen to sell burgers.” This statement resonates deeply with all of us, as it highlights our commitment to our people, the very heart of our Hungry Jack’s. As we reflect on this visit, we’re reminded that our strength lies in our collective effort. By working together, we continue to build a culture that not only values but is also strengthened by collaboration, driving us toward a future where every member of the Hungry Jack’s community feels empowered to contribute to our shared success. Chris Green, Greg Sleep, Claudio Salinas, Christine Bletsas, Scott Baird, Melissa Anderson, Michael Oliverio Together, we are #Stronger. #Together, we are Hungry Jack’s. #collaberation #teamwork #peoplepower #Strongertogether #growthmindset

At Hungry Jack’s, we know that a little friendly competition can bring out the best in us. That’s exactly what happened during yesterday’s National Restaurant Support Centre UNO Tournament. Teams from across our national office gathered, each with a champion ready to test their strategy and luck in the classic game of UNO. In line with our super successful in-restaurant UNO promotion, this tournament brought the same level of excitement and engagement into our National RSC office. Departments held their own mini tournaments, selecting representatives to compete in the finals. The excitement was obvious as colleagues shared strategies, brushed up on the rules, and geared up for the big day. On the day of the tournament, the office was filled with energy as teams encouraged and cheered on their representative players. The atmosphere was electric, with every “Draw 4” played and each shout of “UNO!” bringing everyone closer together. The Grand Final was a thrilling showdown, showcasing not just individual skill but also the #strongertogether mindset that defines Hungry Jack’s. Ultimately, while only one could take the crown—congratulations, Anzalee Rai—the real victory was in the camaraderie and fun everyone shared. The RSC UNO Tournament was more than just a game; it was a celebration of the teamwork and unique culture that make Hungry Jack’s a great place to work. Congratulations to our second and third place winners Simonie Knight and Katelin Chambers. Thank you to our amazing partners TLC Worldwide APAC, Results Marketing Group and Detpak for helping to bring our incredible promotion to life.
