What a stellar afternoon at the Sydney Summit! 🌟 Our post-lunch sessions took us to new heights in HR innovation and leadership. Kicking off, we had an inspiring talk on "Management Mission Control" with Dr. Mofoluwaso Ilevbare PCC., Dr Marnie Gibson, and Amanda Moroney. They highlighted the transformative power of exceptional leadership, emphasising empathy, trust, and psychological safety. Next, Cathy Ngo delivered a masterclass on "The Hitchhiker's Guide to Storytelling," revealing how compelling narratives can boost employee engagement and innovation. Our panel discussion on "Beyond the Balance Sheet" featured insights from Merril Hotchkin, Jenny McKie, Yvette McDonald, Jamie Getgood, and Daniele Iezzi. They explored the critical link between employee engagement and measurable business success. The day culminated with an awe-inspiring keynote from Daniel Bull 👊🏼🏅🎤, 3x Guinness World Records -breaking extreme adventurer! Daniel's incredible journey from scaling Everest to breaking world records with NASA left us all motivated to dream big and push boundaries. As we wrapped up, it was clear that today's summit has equipped us with stellar strategies to navigate the future of work.
