National Nutrition Week 2024 in India, observed from September 1st to 7th, is a dedicated effort to raise awareness about the importance of #nutrition for a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. This year's theme 'Nutritious Diets for Everyone' emphasises the role of #balanceddiets in promoting overall well-being, particularly focusing on vulnerable populations, including children, pregnant women, and individuals with chronic health conditions. This theme aligns with the #UnitedNations' goal for sustainable development, focusing on encouraging diets that meet the nutritional needs of people at all life stages. TB State Technical Support Unit (TB STSU), Uttar Pradesh (UP) supports the State TB Cell (UP) in enhancing social and nutritional responses for TB elimination through collaboration with other government departments and Corporates under the Multisectoral and Corporate Engagement Initiative. The TB STSU sensitises employees and encourages them to support TB patients with nutritional assistance. By fostering a culture of nutritious eating, National Nutrition Week 2024 aspires to reduce the burden of diet-related diseases and contribute to a healthier, more resilient nation. #NationalNutritionWeek2024 #Tuberculosis #TBHaregaDeshJeetega #swasthbharat
