We are excited to share a NEW addition to the hotel and the latest gem in Double Bay's vibrant restaurant and bar scene: Blackburn Steakhouse, which pays homage to a classic New York-style steakhouse. Executive Chef Denny Lohanda with Sous Chef Alessio Madonia, craft each dish with precision and passion, focusing on flavour and high-quality ingredients. Highlights from the menu include entrees such as the Blackburn Beef Tartare with purple congo potato crisps, and the Chargrilled Butterflied Yamba Prawns with lemon-infused olive oil, garlic, and parsley. For mains, the rich flavours of the Portoro on the Bone 800g T-bone MS4+ and the Wagyu Blade 150g Blackmore full blood MS9+, and to end a house favourite, Baileys Espresso Mille-Feuille; with crispy layers of golden pastry filled with Baileys and Espresso cream, topped with raspberries and a touch of gold. Blackburn Steakhouse mirrors the luxury of its surroundings, redefining the steakhouse experience with a contemporary, inviting, and elegant ambiance.
